HOSTING

The website is hosted by OVH, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France.

2. Activity and Services

The provider offers private guided tours, food tours, and/or transportation services and others services connexes

All services are described as accurately as possible. However, minor adjustments may occur due to operational requirements or external conditions.

3. Booking Policy

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

By confirming a reservation, the client enters into a binding agreement with the provider and accepts all terms outlined in this document.

4. Cancellation and Modification Policy

All reservations are strictly non-refundable. Once a booking has been confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal reasons, travel disruptions, delays, illness, or failure to attend the scheduled experience.

Guests are strongly advised to use a credit card that includes travel cancellation insurance at the time of booking, as such coverage may provide protection in eligible cases and is often an effective solution.

All bookings are, however, fully exchangeable and offer a high level of flexibility. Clients may reschedule at any time, choose another experience, or transfer the booking to another person, subject to availability.

5. Commitment and Reservation Responsibility

By confirming a reservation, the client acknowledges that the booking blocks a dedicated time slot for the guide and, where applicable, the private driver.

This prevents the provider from offering the same time slot to other clients. Therefore, bookings must be considered as firm and serious commitments.

6. Late Arrival and No-Show Policy

Clients are responsible for arriving at the agreed meeting point on time.

Late arrivals or failure to attend the experience do not entitle the client to any refund. However, the booking remains exchangeable under the conditions stated above.

7. Modifications by the Provider

The provider reserves the right to modify the itinerary, timing, or content of the experience when necessary to ensure quality, safety, or operational efficiency.

Such modifications do not constitute grounds for compensation.

8. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond the provider’s control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Government restrictions
  • Strikes or public disruptions
  • Safety concerns

An alternative date or equivalent experience will be offered.

9. Liability

The provider shall not be held liable for:

  • Personal injury, loss, or damage during the experience
  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or third parties
  • Loss of personal belongings

Clients participate in the experience at their own responsibility.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, including texts, images, branding, and materials, is protected under intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

11. Data Protection (GDPR)

Personal data collected during booking is used solely for:

  • Reservation management
  • Customer communication
  • Service delivery

Clients have the right to access, modify, or request deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law.

Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
