This is an Wonderfull little tour of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, following by a tasting of French wine and cheese.
This authentic experience take place in the famous neighborhood for its legendary cafés once frequented by writers, artists, and celebrities. We will admire the 11th-century Abbey. From there, we will continue to the charming Place Furstenberg, one of the most romantic squares in the city, and discover the Eugène Delacroix Museum, which is part of the Louvre Museum.
Our walk then leads us down Rue de Seine, known for its many private art galleries, a symbol of French culture and language. We will also walk along Rue des Saints-Augustins, where Picasso’s former studio once stood and where King Louis XIII used to reside an area that was once truly royal.
Then, lets finish this Wonderfull experience in the most authentic local French wine bistro in Paris, owned by the same family since 1950. There, we will enjoy cheese and wine in a warm, lively, and genuinely French atmosphere. here, locals gather, conversations flow easily, and some days, we can even dance with the Parisians.

- ① Place Saint-Germain-des-Prés
- The ideal starting point, around one of the oldest churches in Paris. The soul of the neighborhood for centuries. Home to the legendary celebrity cafés Les Deux Magots and Café de Flore, once frequented by Hemingway, Sartre, Simone de Beauvoir, and Picasso.
- ② Place de Furstenberg & Eugène Delacroix’s Studio
- The most romantic and secret square in the 6th arrondissement. At n°6, the Delacroix national museum houses the painter’s last studio.
- ③ Rue de Seine & its private galleries
- A succession of contemporary and antique art galleries. Walk in freely, wander around, art is everywhere.
- ④ La Palette – artists’ café
- Cézanne, Braque, Hemingway… they all rested their elbows here. Coffee break or a glass of white wine on the terrace.
- ⑤ Rue des Grands-Augustins & Picasso’s studio
- At n°7, Picasso painted Guernica in 1937. One of the most historically charged streets in all of Paris.
- ⑥ Le Procope – the oldest restaurant in Paris
- Founded in 1686. Voltaire, Diderot, Robespierre, and Napoleon were regulars here. Lunch recommended.

- A discreet and poetic walkway between two banks, away from the hustle and bustle.
